IPTA pairs 9–12 students with high school tutors who recently mastered the same material. Peer tutors remember the confusion, the missed steps, and the moment things clicked, and they meet students exactly where they are, online.
We're a student-run nonprofit across Illinois. Every session is free. No one gets turned away because of where they live or what they can pay.
Getting started
Short form: grade, subject, when you're free. Parents can fill it out too.
Within 48 hours, we pair you with a tutor who's taken that class and has time that works.
Your tutor sends a link. Sessions run about 60 minutes. Just need a browser.
Same tutor every week, or switch subjects. Tell us what's working and we'll adjust.
